 • No Physical Returns Required We do not require products to be sent back. Refunds are processed based on provided photo/video evidence.

 • Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a refund: – The 30-Day Protection Plan must have been purchased at checkout. – Your claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. – Photo/video evidence of the issue must be included.

 • Orders Without Protection Plan Orders placed without the optional Protection Plan are not eligible for a refund.

• Refund Processing Time Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
